I select grapes from some of the best vineyards and growers in the Clare Valley.

The region is one of the most picturesque wine regions in the world, with the wonderful warm dry summers, low humidity and cool nights the climate makes the vineyards as disease free, as can be, keeping our average ripening temperatures down, and for me, ensures a good nights sleep.

Solid winter rains and moisture grabbing clays over good draining limestone or slate are ideal soils for minimal watering and premium grape growing.
