2016 vintage made it very easy to make outstanding Rieslings. Perfect weather conditions with rain just at the right time and plenty of dry but not too hot growing season, it was spot on.
100% Watervale fruit made it even easier. My usual style of generous Riesling flavours and lifted acid finish.
Aroma – A rich citrus perfume with a lifted musk note.
Palate – Strong lime and lemon flavours to start and a full mid palate with a great mineral and soft acid finish.
Drink with any food. Just wonderful!
