Great winter rains filled the water table and a generally mild growing period slowly built up the intest flavours.
Aged for 100% French Oak with a slightly more new oak then usual because of the powerful fruit combination of Tronçais and mixed forests oak.

Aroma – Powerful blackcurrent and cloves spice.
Palate – Full Christmas pudding fruit and spices balanced by herbal notes from the oak. The result is a well balanced fruit and spice mix that makes ideal drinking now and into the future.
