TErin Eyes Sangiovese 2014his famous Italian variety comes from a single vineyard in Sevenhill. Aged in older French Oak for 16 months.

Colour – Brick red with some nice bright hues.

Aroma – Herbal and berry characters with a nice spice.

Palate – A great food wine which went splendidly with a mushroom risotto last night.
Multi layered but subtle fruit characters from black cherry, raspberry and plums. The beauty of this variety is the earthy and nutty flavours with a lifted tannin finish.

Drink now and the next three years. Great with risotto and pasta
