My 2014 Riesling was blended from two parcels of East facing flocks of Riesling picked in the same week. Both Sevenhill parcels were picked when the intense citrus fruit characters and firm minerality of the fruit was optimal. The result is a Riesling generous in flavour but with a strong steely backbone.
Aroma – A soft perfume nose of lemon flowers and musk.
Palate – Packed full of flavours ranging from lime and grapefruit to peaches and pineapple. Soft and flavoursome on the mid palate, it finishes with a steely minerality to give maximum enjoyment.
Good drinkability means you can savour on the balcony pre-lunch or dinner and the nice acid allows you to enjoy with your favourite seafood.
